The Invertay Social Investment Fund was launched in September 2001 to enable local community and voluntary groups to do NOW what otherwise might take them months or even years to complete while they try to raise the necessary cash. 

 

Do you want to develop an existing initiative? Do you have an idea for a new venture that will bring significant social benefits to your community? If so, have you been able to obtain the necessary funding from a commercial lender? If not, ISIF can help.

 

If you are worried about being a borrower. Or concerned about committing others to having to make future payments. Then be reassured:

 

* ISIF will NOT seek personal guarantees from any office-bearer or any member of your group.

 

* An application for a loan will only be approved if ISIF believes your project is most likely to be successful.
